Every year in spring, I begin a detox cure to erase the fatigue of winter and give a little boost to my body. At this particular time of year, our bodies are tired and tend to clog up with all kinds of toxins. These toxins are waste that our body produces either during digestion or in response to its environment: pollution, pesticides, tobacco. Toxins can cause a whole range of possible issues including: fatigue, disturbed sleep, depression, difficult digestion, dull complexion, weakened nails and more. These signs are indicators that our body needs to be “cleansed” to regain vitality. Of course, the body eliminates this waste itself over time but sometimes it has a hard time coping effectively when the accumulation of toxins is too great. A great way to assist your body’s natural cleansing is to take Chlorella to eliminate accumulated toxins, purify your body and restart on a good basis. View Post
With Christmas just around the corner it’s once again time to start choosing which Advent calendar you are going to spoil yourself with this year! Advent calendars have all of a sudden become ubiquitous and it seems like every cosmetic brand now has one! I am definitely seeing more and more organic/natural brands selling them too and recently featured one from Mademoiselle BIO on my Instastories which is already out of stock! Not to worry though as I have managed to find another really nice one if you didn’t manage to get your hands on one in time. It’s from the brand Green People and has an absolutely amazing product selection hidden inside! So, let’s get straight to the most important question, what does the Green People Advent Calendar contain?View Post
After a few days of well deserved rest spent strolling along some beautiful English beaches, I’m back rejuvenated with vitamin D and ready to give you my opinion on Kadalys products.
Kadalys is a French cosmetics brand with 100% natural, organic and vegan range of face, body and hair products. All these products are based on 2 active ingredients derived from banana peel, with high levels of antioxidants. The Green Banana Musactif helps preserve youth and the Yellow Banana Musactif helps fight the effects of time. I had the opportunity to test 4 products and after several weeks use I can finally review them! I wasn’t familiar with the brand at all previously so I was delighted to find all out about it!View Post
Today, as is it here in absolutely sweltering conditions, I thought it might be the perfect time to share my favorite summer beauty products for warm weather. I can’t believe we’re already at the end of july. Summer seems to be speeding by so fast but we’ve been exceptionally lucky this year in UK. The sun has been out non stop for weeks now so it got me thinking about the beauty products I have been loving and think are especially great for the summer months. Here are my favourite 7 organic products!View Post
Anyone who has read my blog before knows how much I love soap! When I have time I even like to make my own DIY recipes as it’s such a relaxing and calming thing to do and at the end of the process you end up with a succulent little tablet that brightens up your day each time you wash with it…..what’s not to love about that! However I often don’t have the time so I am always on the lookout for new soap brands that catch my eye and today I want to show off my newest discovery: Savon Stories.
They contacted me a few months ago and asked if I would like to test out some their products; the raw carrot bar soap, the normal skin face wash, the renewal concentrate lotion melt and the coconut milk solid shampoo.
