Until I discovered the wonderful Sweet and Safe Mascara from Absolution I was continually jumping back and forth between conventional and natural mascaras as I hadn’t managed to find a natural one that managed the job quite as well as their counterparts. It was the one area of my beauty regime that I just hadn’t managed to switch over and I kept having a little nagging voice in the back of my head telling me it had to be possible to find an alternative. As soon as I tried the Absolution mascara though I switch over instantly and never went back (and of course wrote a blog post about it which you can find here). It managed to make me completely forget about all the other mascaras for quite a while…….that is until I found Lily Lolo’s……Big Lash! Straight away I could see that this one was a real contender for the crown so I thought it was a great opportunity to pit these two against each other in a battle royale! What I want in a good mascara is length, separation and of course volume so let’s see which one comes out on top! View Post

After a few days of well deserved rest spent strolling along some beautiful English beaches, I’m back rejuvenated with vitamin D and ready to give you my opinion on Kadalys products.
Kadalys is a French cosmetics brand with 100% natural, organic and vegan range of face, body and hair products. All these products are based on 2 active ingredients derived from banana peel, with high levels of antioxidants. The Green Banana Musactif helps preserve youth and the Yellow Banana Musactif helps fight the effects of time. I had the opportunity to test 4 products and after several weeks use I can finally review them! I wasn’t familiar with the brand at all previously so I was delighted to find all out about it! Today, as is it here in absolutely sweltering conditions, I thought it might be the perfect time to share my favorite summer beauty products for warm weather. I can’t believe we’re already at the end of july. Summer seems to be speeding by so fast but we’ve been exceptionally lucky this year in UK. The sun has been out non stop for weeks now so it got me thinking about the beauty products I have been loving and think are especially great for the summer months. Here are my favourite 7 organic products! View Post
I recently started testing a French organic brand called Pulpe De Vie that I have never tried before. They were founded over 10 years ago and produce a range of natural skincare and bodycare products. Shame on me for never having tried this brand before as I have always heard so many good reports about them. Pulpe de Vue offer organic skincare and body products at really affordable prices. In addition, their products are cruelty free and made from “ugly” fresh fruits harvested from small local producers in an attempt to help fight food waste! For me, that’s a wonderful introduction to a new brand so I hope the positives continue!! I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to test 5 products so I could give my impressions………….oh, and don’t forget to read to the very end of the review as there is a great little treat!! Dear organic/natural shopaholics…there are some great sales at the moment on Mademoiselle Bio (unfortunately, the website is in only in French). There is 20% off on more than 1500 products, so I thought I would share a selection of my favorites at the moment. Enjoy your shopping! View Post
